Here's how the mentoring works: we guarantee that our translations are seen by at least two different language professionals. The first language professional is the translator. The second language professional acts as a reviewer, checking linguistic, grammatical, style and terminology preferences. The reviewer logs their recommendations and observations, which are then communicated to the original translator.
This mentoring process not only assures quality for all our output, it also feeds into our culture of constant professional development and kaizen improvement.
