Traducta's History

After having been a professional translator for large corporations such as Merck Frosst, Stelco and IBM, Yves Desjardins realized just how omnipresent translation services were throughout Canada. It was at this point that he was propelled into business as an entrepreneur.

In 1978, Mr. Desjardins founded Traducta Inc., which had a single employee.

Today, over 30 years later, Traducta is considered a well respected Translation Agency and one of the "big boys" in the Canadian Language Service Provider space: 30 plus professional translators and project managers create a solid and dynamic team, which holds to heart client satisfaction.
